the only thing that could make this video better, if that is possible, is to have had a good shot of Mr. Coltranes fingering as he solos to the close of the number. I am swept away by his genius and would love to have seen the fingering recorded as it occured. I literally have 6 to 7 versions of this piece, but none approach the beauty of the individual performances found here. much respect to the poster.
Holy crap 1:03 the guys smoking
what are you on man, i want some.
where did he preform this at??
Kenny G's music is amazing, it is not souless, thoughtless or heartless. I love playing his music, and I also love listening and playing Coltrane's music.
It'is the best record that I've never listen. So sweet, so creative, so generous.

This is definetly a sexual performance of this tune. It come across like an undulating orgasm, an unbelievable expression of the ineffable pains and joys of being alive. I wish I was alive in the 1960s.
sorry guys, but i prefer the commercial, souless, thoughtless, heartless, pop music of kenny g. lol
Maybe the sexiest piece of music ever composed.
lol he's steamin'
no i think it's just really cold in the studio for some reason lol you can see the musician's breath
this is the best music I have ever heard. John Coltrane is definitively my favourite musician from every aspect.
He's HOT! xD
wtf is up with the guy at 1:03, is he being fried/cooked? wtf?!?! tat was like scary/weird
I watched one where Coltrane and his inspiration were going freestyle. It was amazing. You have to be able to focus intensely to play as good as he does without any sheets to hold your hand.
the video is off to the music a bit you can see it when they show the piano solo nonetheless, amazing
you need to download the right codecs for your media player. google " K-Lite codec package ". thats what i use to view youtube files on windows media player
John Coltrane was a jazz master. He will always be one of the best.
hmm thanks, i will download like divx...

this is a completely random question, but i thought i might just ask it and see if anyone knows the answer to it. well i have been downloading some videos on the internet, and well when ever i play them on a player, it doesnt actually show the video, you can only hear the sound...so if anyone can help me with this problem, please comment and give me any idea's or perhaps a sollution, thank you
